Yellow-Red-Blue (1925) by Wassily Kandinsky

“Yellow-Red-Blue” (1925) by Wassily Kandinsky features a rich tapestry of geometric and abstract elements that are distinctly balanced between the composition’s two halves. The left side displays a mix of vibrant red and yellow hues with dynamic, sweeping forms, while the right side features a cooler, more structured arrangement of blues and geometric shapes. This striking juxtaposition explores the emotional and visual contrasts between warm and cool colors, embodying Kandinsky’s theories on color psychology and spatial interaction in abstract art.
